Argus is a real-time intelligence API operated by OutlawTrader LLC. The service aggregates publicly available news and data feeds and makes them accessible via a pay-per-call API using the x402 protocol.
Payment for the /intelligence endpoint is processed on-chain via USDC on the Base network using the x402 protocol. All payments are final and non-refundable once settled on-chain. Free endpoints (/health, /feed, /sources, /categories) require no payment.
Argus aggregates publicly available information from third-party news sources and data feeds. OutlawTrader LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information returned by the API. Content is provided for informational purposes only.
Nothing returned by the Argus API constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Do not make financial decisions based solely on Argus API output. OutlawTrader LLC is not a registered investment advisor.
You may not use the Argus API to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to circumvent payment mechanisms; (d) resell or redistribute raw API responses as a competing intelligence product without written permission.
Argus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OutlawTrader LLC makes no guarantees of uptime or service continuity. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OutlawTrader LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Argus API, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
